Our First Division Manager

Our First Division Manager

Today, we celebrate the promotion of our first Division Manager! On August 24th, at 12:09pm EDT, Mouse named Crystalline the Game Division Manager. This historic promotion marks our first Division Manager in War Seekers history. Each of the Division Managers oversee 3 departments and their goal performances. The Game Division Manager (GDM) will oversee Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, and Brawl Stars. The Utility Division Manager (UDM), when selected, will oversee our Marketing Team, University, and eSports department.

What does this mean for you?

Everything will remain the same...for now! The Department Directors are still in charge of their branches. If you are a leader of a clan in Clash Royale, you would still report to the CR Assistant Director or Director himself. This change is mostly for the future integrity of our operations in upper management. The GDM will be responsible for setting her departments' goals and ensuring their budgets (for giveaways and community events) are stable regularly. She will oversee any clan additions/removals, operational changes, and so much more between her directors and their assistants. Thus, most of what you are familiar with shall stay the same!

There's one more surprise!

At the same time of Crystalline's promotion, Gnorm was promoted to the Brawl Stars Director position! He has been working directly under Crystalline for quite some time now and deserves his big shot! Gnorm has contributed to the prosperity and almost perfect goal performance of his department for the entirety of this Summer. We cannot wait to see how he does in the big chair!

Keep on the lookout for more changes...

We are always finding ways to improve our operations. On August 24th, we committed to the first revision of our handbook for all recruiters and up! We do these subtle changes to improve the understanding and education of our process, that way we can focus more on growth and improving than the contrary! For the most part, our system will remain familiar from now on, but it is always nice to have these new journeys and developments thrown in to spice things up!
