How we Operate

We have six official "limbs" of our family, all led by a Department Director. This structure we implemented a long time ago helps us improve our operation integrity, communication, and goal performance. We issued this strategy to help provide unique and robust opportunities to the thousands of War Seekers in the family. These individuals work tirelessly to bring our great community the best of quality in conversations and operations. 

We have many different roles and opportunities in our organization, some being a WS Recruiter or a Server Moderator. To begin in our "Chain of Command," we ask the interested individual to typically start as a WS Recruiter, that way they get a "lay of the land." We want there to be fewer issues and better connections between all members in our family. There will always be hiccups, but we learn from them and move on!
